The first part of the study relates to the utilization of the artists’ homes and workshops. Specifically, it is proposed that the space of Nikolaou’s house be reused as a guesthouse – workshop for students of Fine Arts and Architecture and as a museum dedicated to the artist.
As far as the Moralis house – workshop is concerned, it is suggested that it is transformed into a museum dedicated to the painter’s work.
In the Kapralos house, a museum has already been established, thus we propose the creation of a new one, which- in combination with the already existing museum- will house the entire collection of the sculptor’s work. We thus suggest the construction of a cave museum, along with a pathway leading to it, where the sculptures are going to be placed in order to be lighted via the roof.
In the second part, which is a continuation of the first one, we present a proposal concerning the development of the coastal front with the aim of creating a cultural walk in

Giannis Giannoutsos was born in Agrinio, in the prefecture of Aitoloakarnania, in 1986.
He studied architecture at the National Technical University with Professors Papaioannou, Liakata, Pehlivanidou, Kizi, Rokas and Goulakos. He graduated with honors in 2011.
During his architectural studies, he was awarded with 4 “Thomaidis’ distinctions for Best Academic Performance by the National Technical University.
Alongside architecture, he has also studied drawing and painting in the workshop of painter Pantos.
In 2012, he began his postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Architecture – Engineering of the National Technical University, Department of ‘Design - Space - Culture'.
At the same time, he successfully sat the examinations in order to enter the Athens School of Fine Arts – Painting Department.
He has been awarded in 9 Greek architectural and art competitions.
